Scan Workstation

Go paperless by digitizing all your documents.

What it Does

Save money and speed up workflow by digitizing all your documents and storing them electronically. Scan Workstation is an easy-to-use capture client that works seamlessly with WebDocs to allow you to scan, index and store virtually any paper and electronic content.

Documents can be scanned using any Twain or Kofax-compliant scanner or capture electronically and then indexed for easy search and digitally stored, emailed, faxed or routed through a business process. The software also allows you to pass document values directly into ERP and other business systems, saving time on duplicate data entry.

Key Benefits

Go paperless!

By digitizing all your paper documents, you save on paper-related printing, storage and distribution costs. With fewer filing cabinets and less time spent shuffling paper around, employees can spend time on more productive tasks.

Scan any document individually or in batches

You can scan individual invoices, purchase orders, HR documents, faxes, forms and more or capture batches of documents.

Find documents fast

You can assign up to 10 search keys to each document, giving you multiple ways to categorize and later find documents.

OCR and barcode technology

Scan Workstation uses optical character recognition (OCR) to capture important information from the images it scans. You can capture any data you want, including Customer Name, Address, Invoice Number and more, and use that data for index keys. The software also supports barcode technology so that barcode symbols can be translated to text and then stored in pre-defined index fields.

Integrate with other applications

Avoid duplicate data entry and improve workflow by using Scan Workstation to automatically pass key document values into your ERP, Financial or other business application.
