SignHere Hospitality

Speed up hotel check-in by signing registration documents electronically.

What it Does

If you work in the hospitality industry, you know how much paper gets shuffled around when guests check in to hotels, resorts and casinos. With SignHere Hospitality software, you can eliminate the paper trail by having guests electronically sign registration cards, check-in forms and other documents which can then be digitally saved, stored and routed through any business process.

SignHere works with Windows tablets and Verifone, Ingenico and Topaz devices to easily capture and apply signatures to forms generated by hotel management software such as Agylisis, Micros, Opera and other applications like ERP or financial applications.

What's more, SignHere can also be used as a marketing tool. SignHere's basic install includes a Windows tablet that is custom-mounted at your registration desk. The tablet can be configured to advertise upcoming events, promote room upgrades and sell additional ammenities.

Key Benefits

Electronic signatures are 100% legal

SignHere follows the strict guidelines of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN). This United States legislation states that documents signed utilizing electronic signature capture software are contractually-binding and legally acceptable. To learn more about SignHere's legal compliance, view Legality of Electronic Signatures: 101.

Reduce paper shuffle

Getting signatures on documents in any kind of approval process used to mean manually printing, routing and storing paper. With electronic signature software like SignHere Hospitality, you can reduce or eliminate paper-related costs by electronically capturing signatures and applying them to registration cards, check-in forms and other business documents generated from any source. Documents can then be stored digitally using WebDocs or any other ECM system.

Apply signatures to any document

SignHere Hospitality softwareworks with any kind of document in any kind of  process. In hospitality settings, documents like registration cards and check in forms can easily be automated. However, Signhere can also work in others settings, including warehouse dock environments where drivers must sign bills of lading or proofs of delivery, or in accounts payable, HR or legal departments where signatures are required on all kinds of documents.

Any source will do

SignHere works with documents generated from Agylisis, Micros, Opera and other applications like ERP or financial applications. The software works with IBM i/iSeries spool files, Windows and Linux applications, database-driven report and form engines such as Optio, Crystal Reports, and iForms. Simply use a Topaz, mobile application, Anoto pen or similar device to capture the signature. SignHere then applies it to the document and saves it as a digital file.

Speed up workflow

Paper is expensive and manually routing it for signatures is a pain. Because paper can get lost or misfiled and physically needs to be moved from point A to point B, workflow can easily get bogged down and slow decision making to a crawl. SignHere works with documents in their digital form and speeds up business processes by letting you electronically route, store and access documents using document management software like DeliverNow and WebDocs.

Improve customer service, vendor and partner relations

Speed kills in business. If you are slow to process orders, pay bills or help your customers, vendors and partners, they’ll take their money elsewhere. With SignHere, you can improve service by speeding up business processes and digitizing key business information so it’s easy to find and use.
