Vulnerability Assessments

Fix the broken links within your IT infrastructure

What it Does

With new technologies providing greater functionality to organizations, the exposure to risk increases. Vulnerabilities are caused by software flaws and hardware configurations; many of which can be exploited to gain access to sensitive networks, systems and data. Identify and fix the broken links within your organization’s IT infrastructure with an RJS Vulnerability Assessment.

With an RJS Vulnerability Assessment, we utilize the very best in assessment and penetration technology and offer detailed reporting and expert analysis. Beyond basic internal and external assessments, we can also audit your website, assess network resources, provide HIPAA or PCI compliance reports for security administrators and run deep penetrations of your network to safeguard against possible attacks.

Because we believe vulnerability assessments are a critically important and much needed tool for any company, the RJS Vulnerability Assessment is affordably priced for large and small businesses alike.

Vulnerability Assessment Components

Comprehensive Vulnerability Assessement

First, we examine your internal and external networks to detect potential holes that could provide attackers with access to unauthorized content and sensitive information. We identify across all operating systems, desktop applications, network devices, web applications, databases and more.

You will then receive a detailed analysis of your Vulnerability Assessment, including an executive summary report and a detailed technical report.

Finally, we provide a full review of recommended remediation steps with your assessment team and can run a post-remediation scan to make sure all security flaws have been eliminated. Assessments begin at $20 per IP address (minimum rates apply).

Penetration Testing

To protect you against future attacks, we exploit identified vulnerabilities to verify their legitimacy. This process has the ability to run completely automated or via on-demand custom targeted exploits.

Network Resource Assessment

Our analysis of your IT infrastructure includes full discovery of all network devices, installed applications and running services, as well as the current health condition of each.

Website Audit

Your website can also serve as a gateway for hackers to gain access into your network. With a website audit, we conduct a penetration test that identifies vulnerabilities within your site and external-facing portals.

How it Works

  • Executive Summary
    Executive Summary
With each Vulnerability Assessment, RJS provides a detailed audit report that includes an executive summary. The executive summary offers a high-level breakdown of risks within your network complete with graphs that illustrate vulnerabilities by business area, asset and service.
  • Remediation Plan
    Remediation Plan
Remediation helps you understand the vulnerabilities that represent the greatest risk to your organization. RJS reporting includes real exploit intelligence combined with CVSS base scores and temporal, environmental and asset criticalities for risk classification. RJS provides a detailed, sequenced remediation roadmap with time estimates for each task.

The Document Lifecycle

Stage 1: Capture

Capturing signatures and data, and creating forms and reports that people can easily access, use, and distribute is the first stage of the document lifecycle. Learn how products like SignHere, iForms and WebForms can digitize documents and data, decrease paper costs and speed up workflow.

Stage 2: Manage

Securely managing documents and other data after they have been captured or created is the second stage of the document lifecycle. Learn how products such as WebDocs and inContact can give you the tools to securely find, use and store information, no matter where you are.

Stage 3: Distribute

Getting documents and data to the people who need them – on time and in the format they need – is the third stage of the document lifecycle. Learn how products like DeliverNow and Enterprise Workflow can automate document distribution and speed up business processes.

Stage 4: Secure

Securing data and documents is the final stage of the document lifecycle. Learn how WebDocs and our Security Solutions can protect key business information from cyber threats, data loss and costly downtime.
