Streamline data collection and workflow with digital forms.

Available in On-Premise and Cloud Versions

What it Does

Get rid of paper forms and speed up data collection by using web-based, fillable forms. WebForms allows you to web- and mobile-enable work orders, purchase requests, HR documents, and virtually any other paper-based form. You can collect form, survey and other document data electronically and save that information to any database, ERP or ECM system like WebDocs.

WebForms also allows you to digitally sign forms and route them through business processes, which can speed up workflow. And because WebForms automates data collection and electronically routes and saves forms, you save money on redundant data entry, paper-related distribution and storage costs, and improve customer service. You can choose a hosted cloud version of the software or an on-premise model.

Key Benefits

Save money by going paperless

WebForms can reduce or eliminate your paper shuffle and allow you to securely store and manage forms data from your employees, customers and suppliers.

Browser based

Browser-based access to your newly designed web forms allows your business to quickly deploy a new forms-based process as soon as it’s ready to go. It also allows customers or internal users to easily access and complete forms. Forms can be enabled for PCs, tablet PCs, iPads and any other mobile device.

Streamline workflow

WebForms speeds up workflow by taking the collected data and passing it to ERP, ECM and other business systems. You can also digitally, sign and route forms through a business process.

Automate data capture

Any paper-based form can be turned into a self contained business process. Forms can be pre-populated from any database such as IBM i/iSeries, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and more. Form data can also be written back to a database or web service after capture.

Business logic

Forms can be created that contain business logic such as field validations. Database validations can also be incorporated into the business logic. Web service or program calls to any ERP application allow for seamless integration to your key ERP or other business systems.

Choose your platform

Webforms is available as a hosted cloud service or as a server-based software install.
