QuickScan

Most cyber attacks exploit security flaws that have a known solution, so enterprises invest significantly in security products to protect their network. You remove much of your network's vulnerability by keeping users’ computers up to date with the latest security applications and operating system patches, and preventing users from running unauthorized applications.

However, there remains the challenge of identifying noncompliant computers that still may leave the network exposed.

Identification of non-compliant endpoints
The RJS QuickScan service provides information about the status and compliance of an organization’s endpoint security applications, operating system patches, and signature files. It enables system administrators to quickly and safely identify and evaluate any
computers that are out of compliance and pose a threat to the organization.

Comprehensive evaluation
The QuickScan runs from a secure web portal and uses an ActiveX web agent to scan and identify any computers that require immediate attention and/or significant improvement. The information collected in the QuickScan is then used to create
a customized report detailing compliant and non-compliant computers and a comprehensive list of all installed and running applications.

Secure assessment
The QuickScan provides an organization with a detailed assessment of whichcomputers are running the latest security applications, operating system patches, andsignature files, and which are not. The information is sent to a secure server locatedin an RJS data center and remains confidential to the enterprise. Identifiable personal information is not saved once QuickScan has completed its task.
