Automatically distribute System i reports using email
- Any System i report queue can become a report mailbox.
- System i report queues can have one or more email recipients attached to it.
- System i reports are sent as email file attachments.
- All System i report information is retained in the email attachment.
- Supports any MAPI compliant email system such as Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Exchange, Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell Groupwise, and Eudora Internet Email.
- Output queue and email address entries can be entered from the same screen.
- One copy of the Email Report Server software can talk to multiple System i systems.
- Email addresses can be embedded directly into System i reports, and can be assigned by scanning for selected report criteria, or using spool ?le attributes such as File Name, User ID, User Data, Form, Type, or Job Name.
