The new systems proved itself recently when a team of external auditors requested close to 1,000 documents from Tripp Lite. Only four of the requested invoices were not in the system and had to hunted down manually in the company records. Tripp Lite was able to give the auditors access to all of the other requested electronic documents within half an hour, without even needing to print them out.
